The joy of tailor-made travel is that your entire holiday is designed around your requirements basing on your personal needs and budget, so you are not tied to the set itinerary of a group. This allows you to explore your own interests, your own plan and select your own style of accommodation.
Smaller group sizes mean more personalized services. We have limited our group size to a maximum of eight riders, unless you requests more for your special departure. The group is smaller, you will receive more individual attention throughout the trip.
quality of your guide can make the difference between a good trip and an outstanding one. Our guides possess a wealth of knowledge. They share real experiences of their own lives, their families, influences and beliefs that provide a deeper understanding of the local culture and people.
developed strong relationships with local suppliers enabling us to offer you competitive hotel rates and holiday packages at low price. We guarantee to offer you the competitive rates at the premium service quality level in the market. Our price are neither “cheap” nor expensive.

Our Client’s Words
"The tour was an unforgettable trip. There were no surprises except the breathtaking views I got to experience during the trip. I have to admit, sometimes I was torn between having fun with the off-roading or soaking in the stunning views. I rode the XR125 and had absolutely no problems with it. I was still able to keep up with the XR250 bikes. The accommodation and food was very nice as well. I feel like I may have gained some weight from the trip! Our guide Vuong made sure we never went hungry and that we were satisfied with the food. Also, Vuong was not only accommodating in our food, but he did everything that ensured that our adventurous trip was filled with excitement while providing security as well. Albert Lee on a Vietnam motorbike tour December 2014 Dung, the owner of the tour business has always been extremely informative and helpful, getting my visa situation taken care of…twice, at a moment’s notice. Overall a reliable, fun, exciting tour with Vietnam Motorbike Tours and the value cannot be beat by the competition. Thanks again! ."
"My name is Simon and I just got back from Vietnam after spending 5 days on a tour with VietnamMotorbikeTours.Asia. I enjoyed the trip very much, I love adventure and I got it with the tour I did. I did a solo tour with guide Vuong around the North west for 5 days. I really enjoyed traveling with Vuong, he was safe and very accommodating. I went solo because I wanted to stop at certain times and take photos of the people and landscapes, Vuong gave me every opportunity to stop when ever I needed which was great and not so easy when you have a group. I rode the XR 250 which worked well for me, it’s good to have the extra power when riding around traffic and tight corners!!. The accommodation was fine, I guess when you are traveling in some of these remote areas you shouldn’t be expecting 5 star Hotel quality. I enjoyed the home stay as it was great to mix with the local people. The food was some of the best Asian food I have experienced, however I didn’t try the crazy stuff, as my stomach wouldn’t allow it.!! Dzung was very accommodating with my tour, was great to deal with and very helpful with all aspects of the tour arrangement, I booked a month ahead so was able to get the tour and bike I needed. The price of the tour I thought was very reasonable, which included, bike, guide with bike, hotels and food. I did research for a bike tour operator in Vietnam on the web and found VietnamMotorbikeTours.Asia to have the best bikes and tours that suited my needs for a great adventure. Thanks for a great safe trip."
"Tempo of the tour and the stop-over: Perfect. Having the ability to ride a little extra or shorter was very comfortable. The guide (Ngoc) was very flexible and concise in showing the attractions of each stop over. Bikes and equipment: The Honda XL was very reliable and when any problems the guide was easily able to solve with minimum time. Accommodation: All accommodation was clean, comfortable and in particular the homestay was the best! Food: I tried more variations of pork than I could list here! All the food was excellent and the guide could provide a wide range to choose from. Guide and organisation: From first contact, I found the organisation of the company extremely prompt and helpful in accommodating my needs. Right through the trip all my requests etc were attended too. The price: Very good value for money. How did you know about us? Internet search."
"Tempo of the tour and the stop-over: The tempo of the tour was great. Our guide was worried about getting to the stop-overs too early, but it is nice to get to the hotel or homestay around 3pm and you then have time for a walk around the town. Transportation & bike: The GL160 performed flawlessly and was modified for us with the fitting of a sissy bar for my wife to lean back against and to tie luggage to. Accommodation: All the accommodation we stayed in was good although the beds are typically Vietnamese hard. Food: Food was great, varied and there was plenty of it. The organization – Guide services: Our guide, Linh was excellent and took good care of us and the bike. His English is good although he learnt a few new words along the way and learnt how to pronounce words properly, not the American way. The price: The all inclusive price was great. We only had to worry about money for personal purchases and any drinks we bought. How did you know about us? Google search and reading reviews."
"My friend and I have just returned from the 9 day Ho Chi Minh trail. What a fantastic way to celebrate my 50th and see the real Vietnam at the same time. Out of the 3 companies I contacted about doing this sort of trip, Vietnammotorbiketours.asia was the only 1 that responded to my email. So the 1st decision was easy. With no regrets I chose Vietnammotorbiketours.asia. Dzung was very helpful from start to end, always answering emails and ?s promptly. I only have 2 negative comments to make, you need to have cold beer available for Aussies and your coffee is terrible. Best Birthday and holiday ever. Hope to see you all again. Tempo of the tour and the stop-over: Tempo of tour was good, with 1big 8hr day in middle of trip. There were only 2 of us on ride which I think is better, makes the tour more flexible, less stress on guide, less decision making. Transportation: The bikes are old but reliable. We traveled 1500kms without a breakdown. We chose the 160cc Hondas because of insurance restrictions above 200 cc. I would look at up grading to bigger bike next time. Not for speed, more for my tall frame. You do not go on this trip to ride fast there are to many obstacles, the roads are not good enough and there is far to much to see. Just enjoy! Accommodation: Accommodation is basic, but clean enough. Remember this is a bike trip not a 5 star cruise. Vietnamese beds are HARD. Food: Food was great and plenty of it. Only stomach upset I had was when I came home and went back to my western diet? The organization – Guide services: Thon our guide was very good. He kept a very close protective eye on both us and the bikes. Loves his music, knows how and when to have fun and when to be serious. Thanks Mate. The price: It is very good value for money. How did you know about us? I found the company in the Lonely Planet guide."
"We thoroughly enjoyed our motorbike tour taken in January (2014). Vanessa and Jared had never been on motorbikes till our trip to Vietnam. You and your staff did an excellent job of preparing and guiding us through the Hanoi “traffic” and out into the country. Vuong was outstanding and we felt like he was along for the ride as much as he was in leading us. As others have said, this is an excellent way to uniquely see your country through some of its beautiful back-roads. For anyone wanting to get out of the normal tourist areas, this is a terrific way to go! The restaurants and home stay were perfectly enjoyable. We did wish that the second night was in some what less commercial of an area. We may have been spoiled by our experience the night before. Thanks again. Michael."

USED MOTORBIKES FOR SALE IN HANOIHonda is the most popular brand, Vietnamese people refer Honda as motorbike by default. In fact, Honda is the most reliable brand on the road, you can simply look at the traffic lights and at least 70% of bikes is Honda. There is a variety of makes and models, some date back to the 1960’s. Most of Hondas in Vietnam are step through mopeds or automatic scooters. Manual clutch bikes are hard to find and are usually in poor conditions. Road bikes come with low handle bars so if you are over 1.7m, you can get a number of aches and pains when riding for a few hours. Raised handle bars offer a solution but then the steering is not so good. Dirt/trail bikes are the best but they are very very hard to find and at a much higher cost. Buying a Honda would be the safest bet because many mechanics have parts and knowledge on Honda bikes and it is not prone to break down. To see current bikes for sale from our company.
OUR HONDA TOURING MOTORBIKESRoad/Sport Touring Motorcycles All small off-road motorbikes and road touring motorcycles 110-125cc are 2013/2014 all new Japanese Honda models as of early 2014 for our Vietnam motorbike tours and rentals in Hanoi. We discontinued all older 110-125cc motorbikes that many shops in Hanoi still use. Off-Road Motorbikes All 250cc off-road dirt bikes are Japanese Honda XR250’s and XR250 Bajas, were made between 1998 and 2005, owned and fully serviced by ourselves. They are among the best dual enduro bikes you can find in Hanoi.
Guided or unguided? One of our customers had this to say: “If this is your first visit to Vietnam take a guide with you, the help you get is invaluable and chances are he’ll save you money when it comes to bartering when you go shopping as well as helping you to get to know the people. Vietnam is a different world, it’s a beautiful country filled with the happiest friendliest most helpful people I have ever come across but its different, different in a pleasant way and you’ll need help coping with that difference.” A professional motorbike tour guide adds value to the whole experience, he’s 4-in-1: a guide, a handy mechanic, a leader and a translator. Without him, you won’t be able to find hidden roads and communicate with local people. We hope that you consider this carefully before deciding which motorbike tour to book.

Fully Guided Motorcycle Tours Motorbike tours in Vietnam for beginners, novice, intermediate and experienced riders. It’s not just a tour or an adventure, but a fascinating motorcycle journey! This is the most popular type of tours we have been providing. We choose the best places to eat, comfy places to stay and good services wherever we ride to. You can have some ideas about our spending.
Semi-guided Motorbike Tours Basically, it’s bike(s) & a guide rental through Vietnam. Forget about bike fix and direction, decide your own tempo. You have total flexibility to stop, eat and sleep wherever you want. You just pay as you go. Last minute deals can be cheaper (low season) or more expensive (high season). From our experience people tend to save when they pay spending on the road. This is not worth it. See the link above about spending on our fully guided Vietnamese motorbike trips that we pay in order to have fresh and delicious food (not chemically frozen!), comfortable places to stay and a great trip. You get what you pay for. Naturally, people likely eat more when they are paid by us and save when they pay by themselves.
Self-guided Motorbike Tours This type of motorbike tour is best when you are looking for a new adventure away from the norm. You need to have good riding skills and handle things on your own. If you are beginners or novice riders or can’t ride manual clutch motorbikes then this is not for you. Saving or loosing money is on you. We provide reliable bikes, a tool kit, spare parts, a simple map, expert advices and tips for you. From our experience, you explore Vietnam less than the two packages above.
